Delivery & Refund /Exchange

Delivery Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on location.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging/tags.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after product inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the customer's attached bank details.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition (unused, undamaged, and with packaging/tags).
  • Exchange requests are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • A valid order ID is required to initiate an exchange.
  • Used, damaged, or customized items will not be accepted for exchange.
