1. Overview

At Urban Wolf Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and refunds under the following conditions.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Not final-sale items (e.g., custom orders, limited-edition releases).

Note: Clearance or heavily discounted items may be final sale—check individual product listings.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@urbanwolfwear.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) and reason for return

  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Pack items securely, affix the RA #, and ship within 7 days of receiving the label.


4. Return Shipping

  • Free domestic return shipping for orders over ₹3,000.

  • For orders under ₹3,000 or international, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty/damaged.

  • Tip: Use a trackable shipping method and retain your receipt.


5. Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return, our team inspects the items for eligibility.

  • We aim to process your return within 5–7 business days.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method:

    • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.

    • Wallets/UPI/bank transfers: typically 3–5 business days.

  • We’ll notify you via email at each step.


6. Exchanges

  • Want a different size or color?

  • Let us know when initiating the return—we’ll ship your replacement after receiving and inspecting the original item.

  • If the new item costs more, we’ll request payment for the difference; refunds issued for lower-priced exchanges.


7. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Limited-edition/collaborative pieces marked “Final Sale”

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or accessories, for hygiene reasons

  • Damaged after delivery due to misuse


8. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos showing the damage.

  3. We’ll email you a pre-paid return label.

  4. After inspection, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.


9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment at no charge.

  • Once shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process once you receive the item.


10. Policy Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected on our Returns & Refunds webpage with the revision date clearly stated. Your purchase will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of the order.
