Urban Wolf Wear – Return & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

At Urban Wolf Wear, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we offer simple returns and exchanges across India with clear and fair conditions.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Items marked as Final Sale, Custom Orders, or Limited-Edition Collaborations are not eligible.
• For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, and certain accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Go to your Orders Page on our website.
• Select the item and fill out the Return/Exchange Form.
• Once submitted, our support team will guide you with next steps.
• The item must be shipped back within 7 days after your request is approved.

4. Return Shipping

• Pan-India only (we do not currently offer international returns/exchanges).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty/damaged.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping the receipt until your return is confirmed.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued directly to the bank account details provided in the Return Form.
• Processing takes up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
• You will receive an email update once your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same product.
• After we receive and approve your return, the new item will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
• If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance will be refunded to your bank account.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via the Return/Exchange Form and attach photos.

We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

8. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipment at no charge.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you’ll need to follow the return process after delivery.
